This icon was commissioned in late 2020 based on a prototype from the Dormition Monastery in Hamatoura, Lebanon. It is unique and most people have never seen anything like it anywhere in the world. It shows Christ "The Great High Priest" offering Himself as the sacrificial lamb based on Isaiah 53. The title comes from the prayer of the Cherubic Hymn that the priest says quietly and ends with the phrase: For Thou art He that offers and is offered, that accepts and is distributed, O Chirst our God . . ." It is a permanent part of our Cathedral iconography and hangs next to the Prothesis table in the sanctuary.

This icon comes mounted and is available in 8x12 size for $40.00 at the Cathedral. To order and have the icon shipped to you, plesae order from Legacy Icons through the following link:

This is another reproduction of an original and unique icon in St. Nicholas Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral. It depicts St. Raphael of Brooklyn, the founding cleric of the Cathedral community in 1895 and St. Tikhon of Moscow who actually consecrated the old St. Nicholas Cathedral on Pacific Street in Brooklyn, NY in 1902 while St. Raphael was a priest at the time. Together they are depicted holding the old St. Nicholas Cathedral in their hands. Above them is the Cathedral patron, St. Nicholas, holding the "new" Cathedral where the community would later move in 1920 and remain until the present day.

This icon comes mounted and is available in 9x12 for $40.00 each  or a smaller 4x6 version for$20.00 at the Cathedral. To order and have the icon shipped to you, plesae order from Legacy Icons through the following link:

This icon of St. Raphael of Brookyn is a bust reproduction of the Cathedral Shrine to St. Raphael. Originally commissioned prior to his becoming a saint, the icon was later corrected after his glorification in 2000. An interesting feature of this icon is the engolpion (panagia) that depicts the Archangel Raphael, his patron. This is a replica of one that was actually worn by St. Raphael himself. The original icon also contains a large relic on the bottom in the center.

This icon of St. Raphael of Brooklyn is a full-figured reproduction of the Cathedral original. It depicts St. Raphael in his full ligturgical vestments. Surrounding him is a vine sprouting from the seeds of Orthodoxy he planted in North America. While the vine is growing, it is not yet in full bloom. This shows that there is still much missionary work to be done and that there are many people still thirsting for the Orthodox faith on this continent. The size is 8x10. These mounted icons are new as of October 2019 and are on thick, hard wood and the image and quality are much better than the previous versions that we had for sale.
